This is an amazing product which if taken as directed. It helps to prevent your body from slowing down and becoming sluggish during dieting. It will keep you running to the bathroom! Which, I suppose, is the intent. And, if you take it as directed, with lots of water, it really does get rid of bloating and sluggishness without making you feel faint or wiped out.

I used to get hot flashes several times every day, then I found Menoquil and I got positive response from this supplement. Now I get only one or two hot flashes. I chose expelis because all the ingredients were natural. The pills are basically a combination of herbs, potassium and Green Tea Leaf that act as natural diuretics. I really noticed that it helps when its “that time of the month”. It definitely helps me not feel so bloated. It works great.

I have tried Expelis and I have lost noticeable inches off my waist and my face looks more defined (not fat as before) when I take it. I used to take in a lot of salt in my food. I never thought taking a diuretic pill would make a huge difference in my appearance. I also feel lighter. This really helps me with my PMS water retention. I feel great after taking it.

Overall I gave this product a 4/5 stars because it worked as described but does can it have a bit of variation in the effectiveness after taking it for a week. I would recommend this product, though, to anyone who drinks a substantial amount of water, retains a lot of water or simply needs to relieve some kind of bloating.
