Question: I have been researching different breast enlargement supplements and recently came across Quick Bust, which claims to increase breast size by stimulating mammary gland growth. Is this possible?
Answer: Breast size and shape is primarily regulated by the amount of connective tissue holding a varying amount of fatty tissue in place. Mammary glands do not play a major role in size, although stimulation may increase firmness. Quick Bust uses a pseudo scientific tone when briefly explaining how it works, saying it causes “renewed glandular tissue growth in the breast receptor sites.”
Quick Bust contains a blend of herbal extracts that have been used for years to regulate female hormones, most of which are included in other popular breast enlargement supplements. Some of these herbs, particularly fenugreek, contain phytoestrogens, which are plant estrogens that mimic the natural female estrogen hormone. The addition of phytoestrogens to the diet may cause estrogen-like effects, which includes the build up of fatty tissue in the breasts, thus increasing their size.
The Quick Bust website presents a breakdown of results for different age groups of women supposedly experiencing benefits from the program. However, the information is presented almost as a clinical trial, using words like ‘results,’ ‘tested,’ and ‘studied.’ There is no actual information about any clinical trial that was conducted and no evidence presented for these claims.
A few other red flags arise regarding the validity of Quick Bust’s claims. Their version of a money back guarantee involves non-committal text with a blurry picture of a generic certificate. They only offer six vague and short testimonials, and all of the before and after pictures are faceless and clothed, which makes it difficult to gauge legitimate breast increase.
With all of the different herbal based products available on the market, there are a lot that are quite good–but you must remember to follow all the guidelines that come with the product in order to achieve maximum results. If you do shop for a breast enlargement product in a health store, pharmacy or on the Internet, you’ll often find hundreds of different brands containing a confusing array of ingredients. You may be tempted to experiment with different products until you find one that works. But this approach may be expensive. More importantly, not all products contain the quality and quantity of necessary ingredients to positively effects the size of one’s breast. That’s why you’ll need to do a little bit of research to find the best, most potent brand for your needs.
